Have to apologise though (gosh I've been doing a lot of that recently. Damn), its not really a tutorial and I think you would have to be pretty advanced on a sewing machine to make this...but for those who are its just a normal circle skirt. (*Thumbs up*)

Might be making more of them or other styles and putting them up on my 'shop'
